Brief reflection 

This blog experience is new to me. It really inspires me to think more about the subject matter after class. Sometimes I might not 100% agree with what the teachers say, so blogging serve as a platform for me to express my own thoughts. Another reason I feel happy with the blogging is that it acts as a bridge for me to communicate with my classmates. To get close to people around us is not only by smiling to each other, sitting and attending the lesson together. Instead, it is important to share and exchange ideas and information. Through writing posts and commenting on others posts in the comment box, we hear and see how others thought is different from or same as ours. We can also re comment like a small chat room there. This creates a social network in class and turn weak ties into stronger ties. 

Among my 5 posts, I have chosen the last one 'Technology as an employee relationship management tool '. This is because I still haven't had a real work experience, but I have heard a lot from my friends and family about how facebook is used at workplace and how gossipy their colleague are. This inspires me to think more about how facebook is served as a spying tool and relationship management tool for employers. Also, it inspired me to think other related issues such as our self- presentation in online world, how we protect our and others' faces and how we build our reputation.
